Automatic dental superimposition of 3D intraorals and 2D photographs for human identification: Dataset

Abstract

Data used in the paper "Automatic dental superimposition of 3D intraorals and 2D photographs for human identification". This dataset is composed of 142 cases. For each case, the following data is available: 2D landmarks of teeth, placen on the photograph ("LANDMARKS" zip). 3D landmarks of teeth, placed on the intraoral scan ("LANDMARKS" zip). 2D segmentation and mask of teeth ("REGIONS" zip). 3D segmentation of the intraoral scan ("REGIONS" zip). These 142 cases are divided in 3 subsets, A, B or C, depending on the visibility of teeth on the original images. This is described in the article. Due to the sensitive nature of the data, and to protect patient privacy, only processed data is available.
