ABSTRACT This study investigates the role of intellectual capital in enhancing productivity within healthcare organizations, focusing on five companies over a ten-year period using secondary data. Intellectual capital, encompassing human, structural, and relational dimensions, is increasingly recognized as a strategic asset in knowledge-intensive sectors such as healthcare. The research employs quantitative analysis to evaluate how investments in intellectual capital contribute to organizational efficiency, service quality, and overall productivity. The findings reveal that intellectual capital significantly influences productivity outcomes, with human capital emerging as the most critical driver, followed by structural capital and relational capital. By analyzing decade-long data trends, the study highlights the sustained impact of intellectual capital on healthcare performance, offering insights for managers to prioritize knowledge-based resources. The paper concludes that strengthening intellectual capital is essential for healthcare organizations seeking long-term productivity gains and competitive advantage in an evolving sector.
