Deliverable D4.1: An enriched content based on clinical relation identification

Abstract

A Pipeline for detecting biomedical relations and enriching supplementary data files that have been collected as part of the FAIRClinical project. The pipeline has been implemented based on systematic and rigorous benchmarking of Biomedical Relation Extraction in general. Consequently, the best models have been fine-tuned separately and in an aggregative manner to build a two-tier relation extraction pipeline.
