Abstract

This dataset contains microsatellite genotypes data for 32 Chinese goral (Naemorhedus griseus) individuals collected from Xuebaoshan National Nature Reserve (XB), Chongqing, and Hupingshan National Nature Reserve (HP), Hunan, China, between 2022 and 2024. All samples were collected non-invasively from fresh feces and species origin was confirmed via mitochondrial DNA sequencing.
