Abstract

The Photon Paradox: Scale-Invariant Vacuum Physics as an Emergent Alternative to Dark Matter Version 2.2 — 28 July 2026 Authors: Cord Uebermuth (ORCID: 0000-0002-2638-5995) Abstract: We present the Photon-String-Higgs (PSH) framework, a scale-invariant alternative to the standard ΛCDM cosmological paradigm, operating entirely within the established principles of quantum field theory. By integrating a non-minimal Stueckelberg gauge sector with a density-dependent screening mechanism driven by a cosmic string scalar field, the framework identifies dark matter and dark energy phenomenology as emergent properties of the vacuum state. Calibrated strictly to localized in-situ NASA Voyager telemetry and the primordial global EDGES 21-cm absorption threshold (ρ_IL = 50.7 eV/cm³), the framework demonstrates parameter-free structural convergence across forty-nine orders of magnitude in spatial and energetic scale. On macroscopic scales, a modified radial component of the geodesic equation yields an attractive vacuum drift force (|F_vac(r)| ∝ r⁻³·⁰⁵) that effectively compensates the Newtonian Keplerian decline, producing flat galactic velocity profiles and recovering the empirical Baryonic Tully-Fisher Relation. Cosmologically, the non-linear density scaling of the intergalactic medium (ρ_IGM(z) ∝ (1+z)³) dictates an inverse cubic coupling: a two-fold spherical compression of the baryonic galactopause forces a dynamic contraction of the Resonance Galactosphere horizon, resulting in an eight-fold amplification of the localized gravitational vacuum acceleration (2³·⁰⁵ ≈ 8.28), thereby addressing the high-redshift JWST "Little Red Dot" compactness anomaly without requiring primordial black holes. Furthermore, the activation of the bare Proca photon mass (m₀ ≈ 2.4 × 10⁻¹⁴ eV) inside un-screened cosmic voids introduces an eikonal phase-space compression factor (χ_cosmic = 1.0000000000000000000006612), suppressing photo-pion scattering and enabling transparency of the intergalactic medium to ultra-high-energy cosmic rays (the Oh-My-God and Amaterasu events). On laboratory scales, this invariant field threshold dictates a parameter-free natural superconductor transition temperature of T = 5.71 Kelvin, introducing an identical kinematic phase-space shift (χ_lab = 1.000000000000000000001188) that suppresses standard electron-phonon scattering cross-sections. This work suggests that the PSH framework provides a unified description of spacetime kinetics, bridging the operational bounds of subatomic confinement, cryogenic solid-state phase transitions, heliospheric boundaries, and the cosmological horizon. Changes in Release Version 2.2 (28 July 2026): Summary of Major Structural, Mathematical, and Empirical Architectural Upgrades: 1. REFIXTURE OF ASTROPHYSICAL MATRIX (TABLE 2 & VERSION 2.2 MASTER MATRIX) - Eradicated the legacy paradigm of "Terrestrial Non-Detectability" in Chapter 4. - Formally integrated the parameter-free Solid-State Superconducting Locking Temperature at exactly T_c = 5.7142 K, mathematically derived via the scale-invariant Stefan-Boltzmann vacuum threshold. - Embedded the Stellar Core Domain and Heliospheric Boundaries as continuous, density-dependent transition tiers, closing the cross-scalar gap between local solar wind configurations and macro-scale galactic halos. 2. CHRONOLOGICAL RE-RESOLUTION OF PRIMORDIAL INCEPTION HORIZONS - Refined the PSH Evolutionary Milestone Matrix by incorporating the global CMB thermal decoupling profile. - Explicitly derived the cosmic phase boundary at redshift z ≈ 1.1 (the moment the expanding CMB isotropic bath dropped strictly below 5.7142 K inside emerging macro-voids). - Formulated the non-linear UHECR and multi-TeV GRB redshift cutoff prediction, demonstrating why exa-eV boundary violations (GZK/EBL bypass) are structurally exclusive to the modern, cooled epoch (z 3), introducing the inverse cubic coupling (2³·⁰⁵ ≈ 8.28) Empirical Extensions: Added a prospective, parameter-free blind prediction for NASA's New Horizons spacecraft: heliopause crossing at 119.34 AU in June 2045. Integrated the latest Pierre Auger Observatory X_max data (2025–2026), confirming species-dependent UHECR transparency shifts. Added a parameter-free derivation of the superconducting transition temperature T = 5.71 K via the Stefan-Boltzmann relation. Theoretical Extensions: Extended the framework to subatomic scales (QCD confinement analogue via inverse cubic coupling). Added geophysical implications (coupling to Schumann resonances and VLP anomalies). Introduced chronos-coupling: modification of local proper time via metric compression. Structural Refinements: Expanded and alphabetically sorted the list of abbreviations. Corrected the bibliography (removed duplicates, standardised formatting, added 8 new references). Revised the abstract, introduction, discussion, and conclusion for scientific neutrality and objectivity. Replaced emotionally charged language with neutral formulations. --- Previous Version: Version 2.0 (28 June 2026) — DOI: 10.5281/zenodo.20765790 License: CC BY-SA 4.0 Notice of Duality This work is presented as a fundamental re-evaluation of spacetime cosmology and a technicalframework for bulk-energy utilization.
