Measurement canon for SOCE (Social-Ontological Cycle of Exclusion), a five-node diagnostic architecture for reading how contemporary democracies naturalise the exclusion of the Other. This deposit contains the codebook (ordinal rubrics for node states, Todorov axes and inter-node link states), the anchor set, and the registry of documented corpus cases.Notation is qualitative-ordinal throughout: ordinal states are never averaged, summed or weighted. Reproducibility is defined as two independent analysts producing the same structural signature, not as a statistical coefficient.Two-tier use rule. Exploratory use is open to all; canonical diagnosis requires two trained coders under the delta-protocol. Outputs produced without that validation are not canonical SOCE signatures.Part of the Computational Ontology research programme.
