This document provides a method to calculate the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) of infrastructure level cloud services (IaaS). It focuses on the storage, compute and networking requirements of WLCG workloads. A comparison of colocation data centre and commercial cloud provider provisioning as a means of extending the capacity available in the CERN Meyrin data centre is included.
