Abstract

Die in der Ausbildung von Lehrpersonen an der PH Luzern eingesetzten Bausteinhefte sind ein wichtiges Bindeglied zwischen der berufspraktischen Ausbildung in den Praxisschulen und den Lehrveranstaltungen an der Hochschule. Sie legen den Grundstein für eine gemeinsame Sprache zwischen Studierenden, Dozierenden und Praxislehrpersonen. Das Bausteinheft 4 thematisiert und problematisiert einen sensiblen Bereich im Lehrpersonen-Schülerinnen/Schüler-Verhältnis, indem es sich mit den widersprüchlichen Anforderungen von Lernförderung und Leistungsbewertung auseinandersetzt. Dieses Bausteinheft leistet einen Beitrag zum Aufbau und zur Entwicklung der Diagnose- und Beurteilungskompetenz von angehenden Lehrerinnen und Lehrern. Es vermittelt den Studierenden anhand von acht Bausteinen wichtige Grundlagen zu den Themen Beobachten, Beurteilen, Bewerten und Beraten. Besprochen werden dabei die Funktionen der Leistungsbeurteilung, die Bezugsnormen und die Bezugsnormorientierung, das Vorbereiten, Durchführen und Korrigieren von Prüfungen, die Notengebung, standardisierte Lernkontrollen, die erweiterte Leistungsbeurteilung, die Selbstbeurteilung und das Arbeiten mit Portfolios.
