CSU/RSU — THÉORIE STRUCTURELLE DU RÉEL. CSU/RSU — STRUCTURAL THEORY OF REALITY

Abstract

• Fondations CSU : L(R) = ∇C I(R), sélection, transition, compatibilité, fermeture, saturation universelle. • Géométrie spectrale TFSG : ω(t) + K(t), spectro‑régimes 10–13, opérateur L = −Δ + αΦ². • Ontologie du vide actif : □V = 0, □V + μ²V = 0, gravité interne G(x) = ∇I₀(x), régimes I₀/I₁/I₂. Official Summary (EN) CSU/RSU — Structural Theory of Reality Author: Moïse Daniel — ORCID: 0009-0002-8105-3050 This deposit presents the unified and final version of the CSU/RSU framework, constituting the structural theory of reality. It consolidates and closes all laws, equations, regimes, invariants and operators developed between 1998 and 2026 within the RSU, CSU, TFSG, Spectral‑Regime, and Active Vacuum frameworks. The structure relies on four pillars: • RSU foundations: f(t) = δ(t) + K(t), minimal dissymmetry ΔS = φ, operators Os/Or/On. • CSU foundations: L(R) = ∇C I(R), selection, transition, compatibility, closure, universal saturation. • TFSG spectral geometry: ω(t) + K(t), spectral regimes 10–13, operator L = −Δ + αΦ². • Active vacuum ontology: □V = 0, □V + μ²V = 0, internal gravity G(x) = ∇I₀(x), regimes I₀/I₁/I₂. The document unifies: • structural resolutions of Riemann, GRH, Falconer, Kakeya, Sarnak, Furstenberg, Bombieri–Lang; • structural quantum framework (LQSF/SQLC, entanglement, measurement, observer); • structural cosmology (μ₀, acceleration, fundamental constants, horizon‑transition); • the complete meta‑theory (Cycles I–IV). The framework is declared closed when: AS = φ is stabilized, L is defined, C is maximal, cycles I–IV are complete, universal saturation is reached, and no structural extension is possible without internal contradiction. This deposit constitutes the final closure of the 2026 corpus.
