Abstract

The file contain the workflow for the manuscript which we are going to submit, where We re-analysed RNA‑sequencing data from infarcted mouse hearts treated with saline or dapagliflozin (GSE247062; n = 6; 3 samples per group). The datasets analyzed in the our study are publicly available in the Gene Expression Omnibus (GEO) repository that can be accessed through National Center for Biotechnology Information (NCBI) under accession numbers GSE247062 (bulk RNA-seq) and GSE247061 (Single-cell RNA-seq).
