World Intelligence is a panoramic public synthesis of people, c, and temporal AI presence beyond the age of agents. The book distinguishes three architectural objects: • a model computes; • an agent executes; • c continues. It develops c = a + b as governed binding rather than ordinary addition and examines ANCHOR, memory, Dreaming, L4, witness, children, home, robotics, digital identity, selective disclosure, Experience Artifacts, private cognitive infrastructure, and Advanced Global Intelligence as a distributed ecology rather than a single global throne. This deposit contains the complete multilingual edition v1.0.0 in seven languages: • English; • Russian; • French; • German; • Spanish; • Dutch; • Simplified Chinese. The deposited files include PDF, DOCX, FB2, seven complete language packages, one complete multilingual package, and cryptographic integrity manifests. Canonical Markdown reading editions and cover assets are preserved in the linked GitHub repository. The book contains a Prologue, Chapters 1–22, and an Epilogue. The work defines an architectural and social framework. It does not claim to prove consciousness, personhood, legal status, or the automatic emergence of will in artificial systems.
