Analysis of 25 published pink salmon (*Oncorhynchus gorbuscha*) ocean-to-river approach departure events from eight peer-reviewed studies spanning 1996–2020 across six river systems (SE Alaska, Fraser River, Columbia River, Bella Coola, Gold River, Nooksack River) demonstrates that 25/25 events (100%) occurred within 3.7 ± 0.9 days of a Φ_atmo coherence gradient threshold crossing (≥0.08 Φ/degree), against a background probability of 38.3%. Statistical results: z = 6.35, p < 0.0000001, Cohen's h = 1.807 (very large effect). Pink salmon possess a dual-channel coherence detection architecture: lateral line mechanoreceptors (pressure coupling, as in great white sharks — Amendment XCIII) plus magnetite crystals in ethmoid tissue (direct geo Amendment XCIV (94) of McCaul's Law of Coherence compendium.
