Abstract

This patch release of wf-human-variation adds automatic model selection for data basecalled by the v6.0.0 HAC model. Users of v2.8.0 do not need to adopt this release unless they have chosen to use Dorado with v6 models. Added Clair3 HAC v6.0.0 model will be automatically selected for data basecalled with Dorado v6 models. FAQ item to describe how Rerio Clair3 models may be used with the workflow. Changed Updated to wf-template v5.7.1 to maintain compliance with our latest wf-template standard, changing: The README docs sections to move related protocols after inputs and outputs. Links in the README to point at our new documentation website. Our pre-commit configuration to resolve a dependency issue in our test infrastructure.
