This paper proposes the Fractal Cosmos (FC) framework, an alternative cosmological model grounded in Einstein-Aether theory and superfluid dark matter paradigm. The central finding is the αₙ = 2/[n(n+1)] scaling law across hierarchical astrophysical systems, validated at n=3 with <1% error. The framework offers six falsifiable predictions and a potential resolution to the Hubble tension. Keywords: Fractal cosmology, Einstein-Aether theory, superfluid dark matter, emergent redshift, alpha-n scaling law, Hubble tension
