A Multi-Layered Security Architecture for Hardware-Enforced Physical-to-Digital Cryptographic Anchoring

Abstract

This paper outlines a conceptual security framework for securely anchoring physical objects to decentralized digital infrastructure. The framework constructs a mathematical bridge that transitions a data payload from a continuous theoretical model—parameterized as a general wave function within a relational spacetime framework—and projects it onto a discrete computing environment. This paper examines the theoretical mapping of continuous data payload models onto discrete physical and hardware boundaries, investigating the structural parallels between sequence-based data state transitions and solid-state crystal lattice behaviors. Based on these constraints, this work proposes general hardware design principles for quantum processing components aimed at mitigating state decoherence and unauthorized data manipulation through hardwired spatial configurations and thermodynamic boundary states. Furthermore, the research explores a physical-to-digital interlocking mechanism that utilizes material-level physical unclonable functions (PUFs) embedded within physical substrates. By evaluating the unique chaotic optical scattering properties of a material's physical matrix alongside internal silicon-derived primitives, the framework establishes a robust, dual-token verification pipeline. The resulting synthesis introduces an advanced framework for hardware security where data integrity is bounded by physical, thermodynamic, and immutable ledger constraints.
