
Abstract—This work presents the design of a dual-polarized reconfigurable intelligent surface (RIS) operating in the FR3 band between 14.8 and 15.35 GHz for 6G communication applications. The proposed architecture implements a 1-bit reconfigurable unit cell with independent control of orthogonal polarization components. As a result, each unit cell provides four distinct reflection states, thereby enhancing the overall flexibility and wavefront manipulation capability of the surface.
