Abstract

O'zbekiston 2005-yildan buyon Yevroosiyo guruhi (EAG) — FATF tipidagi mintaqaviy tuzilma — a'zosi bo'lib, jinoiy daromadlarni legallashtirishga qarshi milliy tizimini xalqaro standartlarga muvofiqlashtirib bormoqda. 2026-yil bahorida Markaziy bank mijozlarni tekshirish va shubhali operatsiyalarni aniqlash chegaralarini FATFning 10- va 16-tavsiyalariga muvofiq qayta belgiladi. Ushbu maqolada men yangi tartibni tahlil qilib, oddiy bank xodimi kundalik ishida qo'llashi mumkin bo'lgan amaliy aniqlash mezonlarini tizimlashtirmoqchiman.
