Abstract

These files are used for a thought experiment and prospective TEA of river liming with CaCO3 and Ca(OH)2. The preprint is also uploaded on CDRXiv on 13/7/2026. The file River_liming.Rmd contains the two geochemical simulations and the following calculations, other R scripts are required to run this R markdown script.
