ГИПОТИРЕОЗ: СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ МЕТОДЫ ДИАГНОСТИКИ И ЛЕЧЕНИЯ

Abstract

Гипотиреоз — одно из наиболее распространённых заболеваний эндокринной системы, обусловленное недостаточной выработкой тиреоидных гормонов или снижением их биологического действия на ткани-мишени. По данным популяционных исследований, манифестный гипотиреоз выявляется у 0,3–3,7% взрослого населения, субклинический — у 4–10%, причём частота заболевания существенно возрастает у женщин и лиц старше 60 лет [1, 2]. Несмотря на наличие высокочувствительных лабораторных методов диагностики, до 50% случаев гипотиреоза остаются нераспознанными на амбулаторном этапе, что обусловливает актуальность настоящего обзора [3]. Особую клиническую значимость имеет ряд нерешённых вопросов: оптимальные целевые значения ТТГ у пожилых пациентов, целесообразность терапии при субклиническом гипотиреозе и применение комбинированной заместительной терапии тироксином (Т4) и трийодтиронином (Т3).
