Abstract

This report summarises the outputs and reflections from the DisCouRSE focus group on Team Culture and Leadership in Digital Research Technical Professional (dRTP) contexts. Drawing on presentations, discussions, and community reflections, it explores leadership practices, team culture, psychological safety, sustainable delivery, and leadership development across the UK dRTP community, highlighting implications for the DIRECT framework, training provision, and technical career pathways.
