Abstract

Die Krisen des 21. Jahrhunderts – Finanzinstabilität, soziale Ungleichheit und ökologischer Kollaps – sind Symptome eines einzigen systemischen Fehlers: einer Wirtschaftsordnung, die Renten aus Gemeingütern belohnt und Reichtum konzentriert. Der Algorithmus der Nachhaltigkeit (AoS) bietet einen quelloffenen Bauplan, um diese Logik zu ersetzen. Der AoS operiert mit drei Hebeln: einer Liquiditätsumlage (LU) gegen Geldhortung, einer Bodenwertsteuer/-umlage (BWS/BWU) zur Abschöpfung von Bodenrenten und einer Universellen Dividende (UD) als bedingungslose Grundsicherung für alle, finanziert aus den Einnahmen der ersten beiden Hebel. Das Buch beschreibt die institutionelle Architektur (u.a. eine Transparente Zentralbank), einen phasenweisen Umsetzungsfahrplan und einen wachstumsagnostischen Rahmen, der in Expansion, Stagnation oder Schrumpfung stabil bleibt. Auf globaler Ebene erweitert der AoS sein Prinzip über das Global Resource Dividend (GRD-X ) -Protokoll auf kritische Ressourcen – Atmosphäre, Phosphor, Seltene Erden und toxische Stoffströme. Der AoS synthetisiert bewährte historische Elemente (Umlaufsicherung, Bodenrenten-Abschöpfung, Bürgerdividenden) zu einem selbststabilisierenden System. Er adressiert zentrale Einwände und zeigt konkrete Handlungsschritte für die Umsetzung auf persönlicher, kommunaler und nationaler Ebene.
