VARFLOOR Package C v0.1 is a public guidance package for safe external validation and deployment review. The package provides conservative documentation for isolated external validation of public VARFLOOR artifacts. It includes a main guidance PDF, a checklist/non-claim companion PDF, seven public Markdown guide companions, metadata, manifests, checksums, source-use notes, redaction summaries, and review summaries. Package C is intentionally documentation-only. The original Package C source-intake bundle is not included in this public ZIP. It was used only as rewrite/redaction input because it contained local, runtime, repository, and secret-sensitive references requiring exclusion from public release. License: CC-BY-4.0.
