European Diamond Capacity Hub (EDCH) - Activity Report 2025

Abstract

This report presents the activities, milestones, and strategic developments of the European Diamond Capacity Hub (EDCH) during its inaugural year of operation in 2025. Following its official establishment in Madrid in January 2025, the EDCH focused on establishing an effective government structure, operational procedures and coordination of community-driven Diamond Open Access (OA) services. As an OPERAS programme, the EDCH acts as a centralised hub to provide services for Diamond Open Access Publishers, Service Providers, and Tools & Technology Providers.
