Programa de entrenamiento específico para mejorar la fatiga muscular en estudiantes militares de Essunna en el Taekwondo

Abstract

El taekwondo es un deporte de combate intermitente de alta intensidad que exige tolerancia superior a la fatiga neuromuscular, particularmente en poblaciones militares sometidas a cargas físicas acumulativas. El objetivo de este estudio piloto fue determinar los efectos de un programa de entrenamiento específico de ocho semanas sobre la tolerancia a la fatiga neuromuscular y el rendimiento técnico en cadetes militares de la Escuela Superior Naval “Cmdte. Rafael Morán Valverde” – Salinas Chipipe, que son practicantes de Taekwondo. Se empleó un diseño cuasiexperimental, pre-test/post-test con grupo control. Participaron cuarenta (40) cadetes militares (edad: 21.4 ± 2.1 años; experiencia en taekwondo: 4.2 ± 1.8 años), distribuidos en grupo intervención (n = 20) y grupo control (n = 20). El programa integró recuperación funcional, movilidad dinámica y trabajo intermitente específico con técnicas de Ap Chagui, Dollyo Chagui, Dwit Chagui, Bandal Chagui y Momtong Baro Jireugi. Se evaluaron la fatiga neuromuscular mediante el Countermovement Jump (CMJ) y la escala de percepción subjetiva del esfuerzo (RPE, CR-10); el rendimiento técnico mediante el Frequency Speed of Kick Test (FSKT-10s y FSKTmult); y la flexibilidad funcional mediante sit-and-reach modificado. Los resultados ilustrativos indicaron que el grupo intervención redujo significativamente el índice de fatiga en el FSKTmult (d = 1.37; p 0.05). Se concluye que el programa específico mejoró la tolerancia a la fatiga neuromuscular y el rendimiento técnico en cadetes militares de taekwondo, probablemente mediado por adaptaciones en la eficiencia del reclutamiento de unidades motoras y la optimización de la homeostasis metabólica entre esfuerzos repetidos.
