This deliverable examines how digital technologies mediate craft heritage across institutional and contemporary artistic contexts. It combines the digitisation of 512 objects from Palazzo Sturm in Bassano del Grappa with interviews with craft makers in Bornholm, including artists involved in the Sustainable Craft competition during the Craft and Kultur Uger. Using an ethnographic, multi-sited approach, the report shows that digital tools support preservation, access, and dissemination, while remaining closely shaped by material qualities, expert judgement, and embodied craft knowledge. The findings suggest that digitisation is best understood as a hybrid socio-material process in which heritage objects and contemporary craft are translated and reinterpreted across physical and digital environments.
