国家经济学宣言:银行货币垄断制度反人类,是国家经济困难的根源——用"生育铸币制度"取而代之,建设真正的发达国家

Abstract

货币本质是劳动力,是家庭生育孩子的果实;铸币税=生育劳动成果。各国银行部门垄断货币发行权,把货币造出来占为己有,拿去买入外汇、黄金和放贷,把超过半数的社会财富(铸币税)圈入银行后院,转化为外汇储备、黄金储备和银行债权等金融资本,并支撑起美元霸权。这是对家庭生育劳动的系统性剥削,反人类,使人民负债严重、消费力不足和利益受损,产生“银行造钱圈财富、妈妈缺钱买奶粉”的根本矛盾,导致经济陷入债务高企、需求不足、就业困难、社会内卷和生育衰退的系统性困境,是国家经济困难的根源。西方主流经济学产生于16-19世纪欧洲殖民扩张和长期窃取“中国白银铸币税”的历史进程中,它以服务于西方金融统治阶级剥削利益为初心使命,为银行货币垄断制度和美元霸权提供系统性的理论遮蔽。本文构建了“国家经济学”理论框架,主张建立“生育铸币制度”,取代银行货币垄断制度,即通过“央行→社保部→育儿家庭”的直达路径发行增量货币,用于生育补助;其实质是把铸币税归还育儿家庭,使货币主权回归广大人民。研究表明,只有推进此项改革,我们才能走出经济困境,同时摆脱美元铸币税剥削。这将迈入“生育文明”新纪元,建成真正的发达国家——富足、和谐的“桃花源社会”。
