BRYOMOLECULES - D3.2 Assemblies of 90 bryophyte transcriptomes

Abstract

In this deliverable we provide data referencing the assemblies of 102 bryophyte transcriptomesgenerated on the Illumina platform. The sequences are deposited in the Bryomoleculesrepository (currently accessible for project review purposes only). The accompanying table reports in column 1 the BRYOMOLECULES assembly ID definedaccording to FAIR Data principles, in column 2 the corresponding NCBI Biosample ID and incolumn 3 the internal BRYOMOLECULES accession number. Columns 4, 5 and 6 report the N50,count and length values for the assembly carried out with the Trinity software, while columns 7,8 and 9 report the N50, count and length values for the assembly carried out with the rnaSpadessoftware, respectively. The N50 value is the length (in base pairs) of the shortest contig that, when summed with all longercontigs, reaches 50% of the total assembly size. The count is the total number of contigs in therespective assembly, while the length is the sum of the lengths (in base pairs) of all contigs in therespective assembly.
