I Was Always Here: A Neurodivergent Identity Workbook

Authors: Franco S. Raggio;

I Was Always Here: A Neurodivergent Identity Workbook

Abstract

A neurodivergent identity workbook for autistic adults, ADHDers, AuDHD individuals, and late-diagnosed people engaged in a process of self-understanding following identification, formal or self-identified. Covers six areas: self-archaeology and masking history; grief following late identification; stimming as identity; unmasking in relationships; navigating neurodivergence in communities and families where the language didn't exist; and designing a life that fits the actual brain rather than a neurotypical template. Every substantive claim is labeled by evidence type. Includes crisis resources for the USA, UK, Canada, Australia, and Ireland. Companion resource to Still Running on Empty. Free resource. Not a substitute for professional care. Also available at: frankowrittes.gumroad.com If this workbook was useful to you and you'd like to support the project, you're welcome to donate whatever you want no pressure, no obligation. <3
