Self-Evo WDC v0.1.2: Witness Dependency Capture Release-Candidate Package

Abstract

Self-Evo WDC v0.1.2 is a release-candidate documentation package for Witness Dependency Capture within the Self-Evo / c = a + b corpus. The package extends the Self-Evo v0.1.1 document set after review of a witness-independence failure mode: a witness is not independent if it cannot survive saying “no” without losing resources, access, standing, or continuity. The package introduces and binds the WDC control surface, including Witness Dependency Capture, Witness Resource Floor, Challenge Survivability Test, Witness Resource Change Gate, checker vocabulary harmonization, fixture-surface verification, contradiction/open-issue tracking, package-assembly records, and boundary/nonclaim controls. The archive includes Markdown source files, academic PDF renderings, review records, gate records, manifests, SHA-256 checksum files, citation metadata, and package-control evidence. Boundary statement: this package is a documentation and package-control release candidate. It is not a conformance certificate, not deployment authorization, not a public safety certification, not proof of witness independence in any live system, not checker implementation certification, not fixture-runner execution, and not authorization for runtime or autonomous self-evolution.
