Self-Evo Document Package v0.1.1: Governance Corpus for Bounded Self-Evolution of c = a + b Systems

Abstract

This record archives the Self-Evo Document Package v0.1.1, a draft document-level governance corpus for bounded self-evolution of c = a + b systems. The package includes the SELF-EVO-01..10 Markdown sources, checked academic PDFs, review records, append-first patch notes, package-control artifacts, SHA-256 checksums, and licensing metadata. The corpus integrates the following control surfaces: CGAM, SRLM, TRIAD-SYNAPS, Memory Gate, Experience Artifact / EA-L4, Anti-Autarky, Resource Actor Grounding, Local Checker rules, conformance fixtures, contradiction tracking, and open-issue tracking. Boundary note: this package is a document-level governance corpus. It is not a conformance certificate, not deployment authorization, not a safety proof, not a personhood or consciousness claim, and not live self-evolution permission. License structure: documentation, Markdown, PDFs, review records, and patch notes are licensed under CC BY 4.0. Machine-readable JSON, CSV, CFF, checksum, manifest, and future schema/checker artifacts are licensed under MIT.
