Deliverable D6.4 Report on the HellasQCI Community Establishment – final version

Abstract

This deliverable constitutes the final report on the HellasQCI Community under Task 6.2 of Work Package 6. Building on Deliverable D6.3, it documents the transition from community establishment to community consolidation, culminating in the publication of the HellasQCI Community Joint Statement – a public document expressing the shared strategic vision of national stakeholders regarding quantum-secure communications in Greece. The deliverable presents the engagement activities and mechanisms through which consolidation was achieved, analyses the strategic orientation and key messages of the Joint Statement, addresses its publication and communication value, and outlines the sustainability and next steps of the Community beyond the project. The Joint Statement is included in its entirety. Together, the activities and outputs documented in this deliverable demonstrate the successful achievement of Milestone MS21 and confirm the HellasQCI Community as a durable national coordination mechanism aligned with the EuroQCI initiative.
