Major changes relative to v0.8.2-pre-1 New: PlanTUS integration now allows users to specify ROI volume mask, matching how PlanTUS was originally designed. New: Skull density ratio (SDR) is now calculated and displayed in Step 2 if CT (real, ZTE, PETRA, Density) is provided as input. It is also exported in the CSV file in Step 3.
