ОЛИЙ ҲАРБИЙ ТАЪЛИМ МУАССАСАЛАРИДА ЎҚИТИШ ТИЗИМИНИНГ МАЗМУН-МОҲИЯТИ ВА УНГА ҚЎЙИЛАДИГАН ЗАМОНАВИЙ ТАЛАБЛАР

Abstract

Мазкур мақолада жаҳондаги геосиёсий ўзгаришлар, «гибрид урушлар» ва рақамли технологияларнинг ривожланиши шароитида олий ҳарбий таълим муассасаларида (ОҲТМ) кадрлар тайёрлаш тизимининг мазмун-моҳияти ва унга қўйиладиган замонавий талаблар тизимли таҳлил қилинган. Мавзунинг долзарблиги умумийдан хусусийга қараб баён этилиб, маҳаллий ва хорижлик олимларнинг назарий қарашлари қиёсий ўрганилган. Мақолада ОҲТМдаги ўқитиш тизимининг бугунги ҳолати, мавжуд муаммолар ва уларнинг ижобий ечими сифатида компетенциявий-ситуацион, дуал ҳамда «ақлли ҳарбий таълим» (Smart Military Education) моделларини жорий этиш бўйича илмий таклифлар ва уларнинг кутилаётган амалий натижалари асослаб берилган.
