Abstract

Ushbu maqolada davlat-xususiy sheriklik (DXSh) munosabatlarida risklarni taqsimlash mexanizmlarining huquqiy asoslari, ular bilan bog‘liq amaliy masalalar va zamonaviy yondashuvlar tahlil qilinadi. DXSh — davlatning ijtimoiy-iqtisodiy infratuzilmani rivojlantirishdagi muhim vositalaridan biri bo‘lib, unda loyihalarning samaradorligi ko‘p jihatdan risklarning to‘g‘ri, oqilona va huquqiy jihatdan asoslangan tarzda taqsimlanishiga bog‘liq. Maqolada O‘zbekiston qonunchiligi, xalqaro tajriba, DXSh loyihalarida mavjud risk turlari, ularni baholash va taqsimlash mexanizmlari, shuningdek, amaliyotda uchraydigan muammolar yoritiladi. Yakunda risklarni samarali boshqarish bo‘yicha taklif va tavsiyalar beriladi.
