Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari bilan og‘rigan bemorlarda albumin va uning asosida shakllantirilgan kompozit indekslarning klinik ahamiyati o‘rganildi. Tadqiqot davomida umumiy qon tahlili va zardob albumini ko‘rsatkichlari asosida hisoblangan indekslarning davolash jarayonidagi dinamikasi baholandi. Natijalarga ko‘ra, davolash yakunida albumin va PNI ko‘rsatkichlarining yaxshilanishi hamda SII ko‘rsatkichining pasayishi bemorlarda yallig‘lanish faolligining kamayishi va metabolik holatning tiklanishini ko‘rsatdi. Ishlab chiqilgan Dinamik Komposit Indeks (DRCI) metabolik o‘zgarishlar bilan kuchli bog‘liqlik namoyon etib, davolash samaradorligini baholash va kasallik kechishini prognozlashda yuqori informativlikka ega ekanligi aniqlandi. Olingan natijalar albumin va kompozit indekslar yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari bilan og‘rigan bemorlarning holatini monitoring qilish hamda klinik natijalarni prognozlashda samarali biomarkerlar sifatida qo‘llanilishi mumkinligini ko‘rsatdi.
