Abstract

This is a portion of a 184-channel spatial proteomics image. The original dataset is approximately 23 GB in size. The image can be imported into OMERO successfully without any errors. However, after import, the image cannot be viewed properly. Specifically: The image can be opened and viewed in the Image Viewer. The image cannot be opened in OMERO.figure. The image cannot be opened in OMERO.iviewer. Even displaying a single channel results in an error.
