This repository contains the TABMON reports from the TABMON project. Each reports contain the results from the BirdNET analysis we carried out at each clusters. The reports contain the uptime of the devices, the species that have been detected, the number of vocalisation detected per species per clusters but also per devices. The reports have been made using Quarto. The code to generate the report is available on GitHub.
