Abstract

Mazkur maqolada tijorat banklarida ipoteka kreditlash amaliyotining iqtisodiy mazmuni, zamonaviy rivojlanish tendensiyalari va uni takomillashtirish yo‘nalishlari “Ipotekabank” OTP Group misolida tadqiq etilgan. Tadqiqot davomida O‘zbekiston ipoteka kreditlari bozorining rivojlanish dinamikasi, bankning ipoteka kreditlari portfeli, kreditlarning tavakkalchilik bosqichlari bo‘yicha tarkibi, moliyalashtirish manbalari va kreditlash jarayonining institutsional xususiyatlari tahlil qilingan. Tahlillar “Ipotekabank” OTP Group mamlakat ipoteka bozorida yetakchi o‘rinlardan birini egallashini ko‘rsatgan bo‘lsa-da, kredit portfelida ikkinchi bosqichga o‘tgan kreditlar ulushining ortishi, uzoq muddatli moliyalashtirish manbalariga ehtiyoj, kreditga layoqatlilikni baholash va ko‘chmas mulk qiymatini aniqlash jarayonlarini raqamlashtirish zarurati mavjudligini ko‘rsatdi. Maqolada avtomatlashtirilgan skoring, ko‘chmas mulkni avtomatik baholash, riskka asoslangan foiz stavkalari, elektron garov xatlari, ipoteka aktivlarini qayta moliyalashtirish hamda yashil ipoteka mahsulotlarini joriy etish bo‘yicha ilmiy-amaliy takliflar ishlab chiqilgan.
