
This serves as the supplementary data repository for the paper, Alternative splicing reshapes protein interaction networks through structured, directional rewiring across cancers. The repository contains a folder of zipped network files. Each zip file corresponds to a TCGA cancer type matched with GTEx tissue types. Within each zipped folder, rewired protein-protein interaction networks generated using Splitpea are provided for individual TCGA tumor samples. For each sample, we include two network representations: an edges.dat file and an edges.pickle file.
