
Introduction This chapter describes the state prior to the origin of life. Here we understand the fundamental ground on which both the physical world and life stand — matter, its motion, the formation of polarity, and continuous transformation. This section is neither religion nor imagination. It is a bridge between ancient observations and modern physics, astrophysics, and energy–matter relationships. ✦ What appears directly is a very small part.What is invisible is the main expanse of existence. ✦ Section 1: Plasma — The Unmanifest State 1.1 Absolute Darkness Never Existed In the primordial state of the universe, there was a vast plasma state — formless, high‑energy, almost uniformly spread. It was not 100% darkness or absolute void. In absolute zero, no vibration or energy is possible. This plasma was 99.9999...%, in which 0.00001% was a subtle imbalance or possibility. This is the 99+1 principle: absolute stability or absolute nothingness is not possible in nature. “There was no absolute darkness — in it was 0.00001% possibility, which became the seed of the first vibration.” 1.2 Scientific Understanding of Plasma Time: directionless, pre‑temporal state. Energy Field: where matter and energy were not yet separated. Human Experience: the primary consciousness of “I am”. Most of an atom consists of regions that are not occupied by its nucleus, and modern physics describes these regions through quantum fields and probability distributions. Section 2: The First Vibration — The First Event 2.1 The Blink — First Vibration As this primordial state evolved, a central vibration arose in this plasma — like the opening of an eye. Within the Vedanta 2.0 interpretation, perfect equilibrium is considered physically unattainable. That subtle 0.00001% imbalance awoke and produced the first wave. “The universe’s 0.00001% = human’s primary ‘I‑am‑ness’” Section 3: Three Waves — Fundamental Physical Natures From one vibration, three natures emerged — Triguna. These are symbolic categories rather than literal particle identities: Guna Symbolic Physical Analogy Scientific Phenomenon as Analogy Sat Stability and coherence Neutron, Higgs field, gravitational stability Rajas Motion and energy exchange Proton, electromagnetic force, fluctuation Tamas Structure, density and form Electron, matter density, structural gravity These analogies are symbolic rather than literal physical equivalences. The neutron represents centered stability (Sat), the proton represents dynamic activity (Rajas), and the electron represents peripheral form (Tamas). Shiva’s trident is the ancient symbol of these three forces. Section 4: Vortex — Formation of Stars Rajas waves were initially random. When concentrated into a vortex, they formed rhythmic centers — stars. Our Sun is one. Its magnetic field is toroidal, like Shiva Linga. “The Sun is breathing — it is not a storehouse, but continuous exchange.” Section 5: Earth — The Miniature Model The solar system is not identical to an atom; however, both exhibit organized orbital structures governed by dynamic interactions. Earth balances Triguna and the five classical elements. Gravitational–magnetic influences keep it stable yet moving — a miniature model of the cosmos. Section 6: Absolute Tamas Impossible Even stone is not 100% inert. Evidence: thermal expansion, crystal formation, radioactivity. Absolute inertia = death = impossible.Half‑circumambulation (ardha‑pradakshina) in temples symbolizes avoiding 100% merger. Section 7: Transformation — The Fundamental Law Subtle: quantum fluctuations Intermediate: oceans, mountains (e.g., 12,000 years) Cosmic: Star → Supernova → Black Hole → New star This is the 9→0→1 cycle — not destruction, but continuous transformation of states. Section 8: The Decimal Law — Science Never Reaches 100 8.1 Physics chases decimals but never finishes No constant in nature terminates in a simple round number: π = 3.1415926535... infinite Speed of light c is defined exactly as 299,792,458 m/s, illustrating that nature is described through precise but non‑round values. Absolute zero = −273.15°C — experiments reached 38 picokelvin, but never 0 K Planck constant is a defined exact value in SI units, yet its physical manifestation arises from quantum indeterminacy. The decimal never ends because existence never ends. 8.2 Four Scientific Phenomena Interpreted Through the 99+1 Principle These phenomena do not directly prove the 99+1 principle; they are consistent with it and interpreted through the Vedanta 2.0 conceptual framework: Heisenberg Uncertainty Principle: position and momentum can never both be 100% precise — perfect certainty is impossible. Third Law of Thermodynamics: 0 K is unattainable in finite steps (Masanes & Oppenheim, 2017). Carnot Efficiency: no engine reaches 100% — even the best engines lose some energy as heat. Entropy: every process loses some energy; perfect reversibility is impossible. These are scientific indicators consistent with the 99+1 principle, not direct proofs. 8.3 Polarity Prevents Perfect Closure Without poles, motion has only two extremes: Straight line = 100% one direction = lost to infinity Perfect circle = 100% return = closed loop = death Nature avoids both. Motion expresses existence, polarity generates form, and transformation sustains reality. 8.4 ZPE and the Persistence of Quantum Fluctuation Zero‑Point Energy (ZPE): lowest possible energy of a quantum mechanical system, arising from quantum fluctuations; persists even at absolute zero. Experiments: Casimir effect (1948): two plates attract in vacuum (Casimir, 1948). Lamb shift (1947): tiny energy difference in hydrogen (Lamb & Retherford, 1947). In Vedanta 2.0 interpretation: if ZPE = 0, then ΔxΔp = 0, which forces uncertainty to collapse — the particle would be everywhere, plasma would collapse. Nature therefore maintains a 0.00001% vibration at all times. ZPE is not extra energy — it is the mandatory consequence of uncertainty.
