
This paper presents a technical case study on FUEL PASS PRO, a real-time smart rationing system designed to ensure zero-error fuel distribution. The platform operates on a robust Three-Tier Architecture, integrating modern web interfaces, JavaScript-based asynchronous logic, and cloud-synced storage. By leveraging integrated identification methods such as Dynamic QR Codes and real-time database listeners, the system achieves strictly validated operational workflows and simultaneous cross-portal synchronization. The system eliminates manual dependency by enabling server-side atomic transactions, preventing quota exceedance through real-time validation.
