Abstract

Zamonaviy gerniyologiyada to'r implantlardan foydalanish operatsiyadan keyingi ventral churralar (OKVC) davolashning asosiga aylangan. Biroq implant turi va fiksatsiya usulini noto'g'ri tanlash surunkali og'riq sindromiga, implant infeksiyasiga, sero'ma hosil bo'lishiga va churraning qayta rivojlanishiga olib kelishi mumkin. Adabiyot ma'lumotlariga ko'ra, uzoq muddatli kuzatuvda takrorlanish chastotasi 10–30% ni tashkil etadi va ko'p hollarda noto'g'ri tanlangan implant yoki fiksatsiya strategiyasi bilan bog'liq. Shu sababli to'r implantning pozitsiyasi, turi va fiksatsiya uslubini differensial tanlash metodologiyasini ishlab chiqish alohida ilmiy va amaliy ahamiyat kasb etadi.
