Bioinformatic Outputs and Genome Annotation Dataset for Rhizobium leguminosarum biovar viciae Strain D70

Abstract

This dataset contains supporting bioinformatic outputs and genome annotation files derived from the genome assembly of Rhizobium leguminosarum bv. viciae strain D70. The genome assembly is publicly available through GenBank under the corresponding Whole Genome Shotgun (WGS) project accession. The dataset provides reproducibility-oriented files generated during genome characterization, including genome annotation outputs and results from bioinformatic analyses used for taxonomic assignment, species delineation, and secondary metabolite biosynthetic gene cluster prediction. The interpretation and contextualization of these analyses are described in the associated genome report deposited in Zenodo. This dataset serves as a companion resource to the associated genome report and facilitates the reproducibility and reuse of the genomic analyses presented therein.
