
The eDoer learning platform, developed by the Lab Learning and Skill Analytics (LSA) at the TIB, evolved from academic research into an AI-driven EdTech solution designed to bridge individual learning needs with labour market requirements. Starting as a junior research group initiative in 2018, the LSA developed the platform through several iterative prototypes—incorporating human-in-the-loop machine learning, Open Educational Resources (OER), and personalised curriculum recommendations—to support informal and vocational learning, particularly in complex fields like healthcare and doctoral education.
