Complete raw 1H-NMR dataset supporting the manuscript "Lymphatic distribution of panipenem during experimental sepsis: an exploratory 1H-NMR study in a rat cecal ligation and puncture (CLP) model" (Antibiotics, MDPI; manuscript ID antibiotics-4361055). Contents: 135 original Bruker/TopSpin 1H-NMR acquisitions (68 blood, 67 lymph; CPMG, 600 MHz, 298 K) from septic (CLP) and sham rats with and without thoracic duct drainage; representative stacked time-course spectra (PDF); the original lab spreadsheets; and a tidy per-animal dataset of panipenem signal (relative units) at 0, 3, 5, 10, 15, 30, 60 and 90 min. Panipenem was quantified by integrating the delta 1.15-1.25 ppm resonance relative to TSP. Values are semi-quantitative (relative units), not absolute concentrations. A README describes units, group key and animal IDs.Version 2 (2026-06): Added a single locked per-animal dataset (Locked_Dataset.xlsx) and an analysis script (analyze.py) that regenerate every value reported in Tables 1–2 and Figure 3 by the linear trapezoidal method, together with the reconciliation report, generated tables, and regenerated figure. This locked dataset is the authoritative source for the reported values and supersedes the earlier summary spreadsheet. Per-animal inclusion/exclusion flags are included; one no-drainage animal lacking the 30- and 60-min samples is excluded (no-drainage groups n = 2).
