Abstract

Мазкур мақолада кибержиноятлар тушунчаси, уларнинг замонавий жамиятга таҳдиди ҳамда кибержиноятларга қарши курашишнинг жиноят-ҳуқуқий асослари таҳлил қилинган. Шунингдек, Ўзбекистон Республикаси жиноят қонунчилигида кибержиноятлар учун жавобгарлик масалалари, халқаро тажриба ва ушбу соҳадаги ҳуқуқий механизмларни такомиллаштириш йўналишлари ёритилган. Тадқиқот натижасида киберхавфсизликни таъминлашда жиноят-ҳуқуқий чораларнинг аҳамияти асослаб берилган.
