MAKTAB BOSHQARUVIDA ICHKI NAZORAT VA MONITORING TIZIMINI TAKOMILLASHTIRISH

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada maktab boshqaruvida ichki nazorat va monitoring tizimini takomillashtirishning zamonaviy yondashuvlari va ularning samaradorligi tahlil qilindi. Tadqiqot natijalari shuni ko‘rsatadiki, raqamli monitoring platformalari, elektron jurnal tizimlari, KPI asosidagi baholash mezonlari hamda avtomatlashtirilgan hisobotlar orqali maktab boshqaruvida shaffoflik va tezkor qaror qabul qilish sezilarli darajada oshadi. Shuningdek, O‘zbekiston Respublikasi Vazirlar Mahkamasining 2024-yil 14-fevraldagi 91-son qarori asosidagi ichki baholash mexanizmlari monitoring tizimini takomillashtirishda muhim metodik asos bo‘lib xizmat qiladi. Bu esa pedagogik jamoa faoliyatini nazorat qilish va muammolarni erta aniqlash imkoniyatini kengaytiradi. Tadqiqot natijalari maktab ma’muriyati va o‘qituvchilar hamkorligi ichki nazorat tizimi samaradorligini oshirishda muhim ekanini ko‘rsatadi.
