Abstract

This is the executable companion notebook to the paper Governed Fault-Tolerant Quantum Computing on Commodity NISQ Hardware — covering per-run audit datasets, structured commit records, and a sample of the transpiled OpenQASM 3.0 circuit corpus from the campaign. The notebook ships with all outputs (tables, figures, IBM circuit images) embedded.
