All quantities presented here are daily averaged values, corresponding to 1440-minute accumulation intervals. The output data are restricted to quiet-time periods identified from the SOHO `B00/F0` ratio. Only SCI records with valid status words `0, 4, 5, 69, 197` are used. The `B00/F0` distribution is evaluated in sliding time windows, fitted by a Gaussian, and only time intervals within `mean ± 4 sigma` are accepted. For the DE-based flux estimates, only records inside these accepted quiet-time intervals are used. The DE fractions are required to be positive, the number of entries for the `segA = segB = 0` case must exceed 100, the SCI accumulation must exceed 1200 minutes per day, and `B00/F0` must remain below `0.042`. The final SOHO flux proxies are calculated from the accepted DE fractions and the corresponding SCI count rates. Three variants are produced: one without segment selection, one using `segA = segB`, and one using `segA = segB = 0`. Each proxy is scaled with its corresponding SCI rate and multiplied by `10^7` to be given in units GeV m^2. 1 GV data correspond to the DE selection `0p45-0p52`, and 1.4 GV to the selection `0p52-0p64`
