Abstract

Fig. 4.—The proportional abundance (treated/untreated) of cotton rats, cotton mice, and oldfield mice from April 2018 to December 2019 for sites with red-imported fire ant (RIFA) removed or not removed in southwestern Georgia. A proportional abundance>1 indicates higher abundance on treated areas, while <1 indicates higher abundance on untreated areas. Proportional abundances in December 2018 account for a grid closure on an untreated area. The values that do not fit in the chart area are as follows: cotton mouse August 2018: 17.5, oldfield mouse October 2018: 253.3, oldfield mouse August 2019: 2,720.31.
